77ae Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 77ae platform, accessible at 77ae.pro, and all services, games, promotions, and features offered through it (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 77ae. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

77ae reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are material, we will notify registered users by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

When registering an account on the 77ae Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 77ae will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or social media. Your registration obligations include the following:

• You must provide your real name, a valid and active mobile number, and accurate date of birth matching your official identification documents
• You may not use another person's identity, payment method, or contact details to register an account
• You must notify 77ae immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account by emailing [email protected]
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents may be requested before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds; failure to provide valid KYC documentation will result in withdrawal holds
• 77ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably suspects of providing false registration information

You are solely responsible for all bets, transactions, and actions taken through your account. If you share your account credentials with any third party, you do so entirely at your own risk. 77ae accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account use where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

77ae accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted where available. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 77ae does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit; 77ae does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name; depositing funds from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension
• 77ae reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, fraud checks, or if there are active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled

77ae processes withdrawal requests as quickly as reasonably practicable. While we aim for same-day processing for verified accounts, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of withdrawal requests being processed at any given time. 77ae is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

77ae offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• All bonuses carry wagering (rollover) requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn; the specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms
• Bonuses are credited to your account in good faith and may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the relevant promotion terms; using bonuses on excluded game categories will not count towards wagering requirements

The rules and payout structures of each game are determined by the individual game provider and are displayed within the game interface. The following conditions apply to all game play on the Platform:

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems; outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by previous results, bet size, or any other factor within the player's control
• Live casino outcomes (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Crazy Time, etc.) are determined by real human dealers and physical game equipment; 77ae does not influence live casino outcomes in any way
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 77ae reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players; any winnings derived from a malfunction are not valid

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ae Platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviors will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to defraud, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or game outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, exploit game logic, or manipulate account activity in any way
• Opening multiple accounts (including using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods) in an attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 77ae staff through any communication channel associated with the Platform

77ae employs fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected, we reserve the right to take all necessary and proportionate steps including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to law enforcement authorities without prior notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without the prior written consent of 77ae. Any unauthorised use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in civil or criminal penalties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ae, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Without limiting the foregoing, 77ae expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary decision to place bets or wagers on the Platform
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, or force majeure events beyond 77ae's reasonable control
• Any losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited by local law

77ae reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via the contact details held on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure. 77ae will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to review updated Terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, or bonus calculation, please contact support with full details of the disputed item, including the date, time, game or market name, and the amount involved. 77ae will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond with a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. 77ae's decision on any dispute, reached after a full internal review, shall be final and binding.
